Earth’s Original Face

In Hsu Poyih there is a sense of cultural awareness and responsibility. The state of humanity and of the Earth — the crisis of the present and the direction of the future — is the human question that concerns him most, and it appears throughout his work.

The painting was reproduced alongside Scorched Earth in the European Times’ coverage of the artist’s “Great Love Without Borders” exhibition in Florence in 2017.
